Did you try Casa di Mario in Patchogue? I think they have wide shoes there.

Re: Wide Wedding shoes?
Estelle's in Farmingdale has a few, but not much. I ended up getting mine from Parade, but not all Parade of Shoes have them. This was the one in the Sunrise Mall , in February.
I've heard Bridal Shoe Boutique in Carle Place ( I think) has them, but I haven't been there. I do plan to send my mom there for her dyables though. ( wide feet run in the family )
The first pair I ordered were from birdalshoes.com, they have a lot of wide, but I just changed my mind about the ones I wanted. The customer service there is great & they took returns easily.
ETA: Wide feet are the bane of my existance! It is so hard to fine nice shoes!

I've recommended this store before- Craft Shoes in Commack. I got mine there- they have a large selection of wide width shoes and great prices!
