Do not use Wild Rose Video. The editing is horrible and it took over a year for us to receive our video. We had to contact them numerous times in order to get out video. Save yourself the time/money and go with another vendor.

Someone I work with recommended them and I am signed with them. Now the girl @ work is telling me the same thing and she's very annoyed. I'm now worried!!

I am not using them but a friend of mine did, and she said she had a good experience with them but this was about 2 years ago, so maybe something has changed. Sorry you are having so much trouble with them.

ive definitely heard mixed reviews... they do great work regardless of the review is also what ive heard...

thats insane, have you complained to them? how long does the return time on your contract say? We are using GT Modern Creations, and I saw a sample and loved the editing, and my contract says I get the full video in 1-3 months. I would be so pissed.

I am not using them but did meet with them and just wanted to say that they seem very nice and the work we've seen was great
i suggest you form your own opinions first and do not cross them off your list based off this bride
they were very honest with us and did say they were backed up on their work because of past brides from 07 08 and 09 that decided they wanted their video edited 2-3 years later but that they hired people to help them get back on schedule
they now have changed their contracts so that the bride must have their editing info handed in a certain time frame, so that they dont fall behind from brides from 2 yrs ago
I had to put my 2 cents in bc I just dont think its fair for someone to bash them and make future brides uncomfortable or ruin their business
if you are using them or want to use them sit down and talk to them first before judging based off a mad bride

My fiance and did have an addition to our contract that explained the above & the required time frame in order to get everything completed in a timely fashion. Marie was very clear about them being behind because of former brides and their current turn around time. So far she has been very helpful and friendly!

i wouldnt be worried if i were you
they are super honest...if they werent honest and denied they were behind THEN i would worry
im sure you will have a beautiful video...their work is great!
