Wild Rose Issue on VHB?

did anyone see the post on VHB???

I was thinking about booking Wild Rose, have appt in 2 weeks

can any 2010 brides say otherwise about what this girl posted on there??

my photographer had nothing but great things to say about her and i really like her work

i know she does great work

but someone posted they are still waiting a year later for their video!

Just to clarify- we provided all our songs back in February (would've been Jan but couldn't get appt), so in theory we waited 10 months (13 from the actual wedding). After a few more recent calls & emails (some of which came from our reception hall) we've received our video. They had to make one minor revision but overall it came out nice. I do think it was a bit basic for the wait- I think that's due to the rush factor & trying to get it done. However, aside from the major communication issues, the wedding day experience was great. I do believe they need more staff to handle the follow up & editing. I would also recommend holding your final payment back until the video is received. My friend used Wild Rose & was very pleased.
