Wiliiams-Sonoma?

Hi girls,
So my mom just had my 'surprise' shower for me 2 weeks ago, and since she insisted it'd be a surprise I couldn't help with anything.... she didn't know people write or give the slips to show guests where you are registered, so someone gave me a giftcard to Williams-Sonoma... Now I'm a BBB girl, Williams-Sonoma is wayyyy to freakin expensive for me lol........ now I have no idea what to buy and I have a $50 GC there......
any ideas from you classier ladies?????? haha I dont wanna spend $1,000 on a napkin holder!!

you can maybe stock up on some kitchen small kitchen gadgets or some of their cookbooks.

I would honestly spend it on some of the gourmet food. I love their pancake/waffle mix and they have this BBQ sauce there that is so friggin yummy but I can't think of the name.

Bread Basket

Get the bread basket - it's the best! They also have great ceramic baking dishes in the $50 range.

Definitely can't go wrong with cast iron! Just make sure to season it properly (and nooooo soap...though you probably already know that)

Cleaning cast iron with soap & water is about the worst thing you can do to it. It ruins the seasoning you put on it (which is achieved with fat and cooking). Best way to clean is when the pan is hot with coarse salt (such as kosher salt) and a paper towel. Perhaps not a good option for a germaphobe, but excellent for the culinarian (is that even a word ).
