Ok I am nervous because we are in the process of buying a condo and have not locked in on a rate yet. I know the rates are going up. Do you think condos and houses will drop in price now? Any professional or other opinions? I am scared about my investment now!

I have no idea really but I don't think the values will drop as quickly as the prices rose over the last couple of years.
I would try to lock in a rate as soon as possible.

I think they'll begin to stabilize, but youll never see a significant decrease.
I agree with Jenny...you'll never see a huge drop...they may go down a bit...but if you are going to be in your condo for at least two years (the amount of time you should be...so you don't have to pay taxes when you upgrade) I don't think the price will be lower...and think of the rent you saved...
