ditto for me...reading your post bought back memories of Pledging my sorority - we had notebooks and wrote everything down, and were responsible for everything in them - it was a 'Bible' per se.

For a wedding - I think it's a little extreme - it's your wedding, and honestly, no one else will care as much as you do. I think it's excessive and it 'forces' them to be a part of the planning, when honestly, it's more of an honor to be standing up there as a witness to of the marriage than being involved in every single detail.

Its a cute idea-but it is a little scary!
I would be afraid I would screw up something

Thanks, I also asked my Matron of Honor & my MOH, & they liked the idea,(I didn't mention anything about the Bp or shower, thanks ) but we're doing folers instead of notebooks. This way I can get everyone's thoughts on the gowns w/o taking 12 people to the shop.

wow - I just asked them to be my BM, and really haven't said anything more - just planning for them to show up on June 17th!!!
