Who is going/not going to there cocktail hour? I mean I dont want to miss it and I dont want to be in some room away from my family and friends for an hour. I want to see how it will be displayed, I want to mingle, lololol. I want to make sure that everything is in tact. But then I want to make a big grand entrance when the reception starts. I dont know ??????????

I am debating the same thing. I really want to go to my CH because I love the room and everything. I don't want to miss it but I want to make my grand entrance also. I am, right now, leaning more towards going to my CH but I change my mind a lot so I don't know what I will do either.

We're probably not going to as they give you food in your bridal suite, and we want to take pictures. But if we have time, then HELL YEAH!

we're taking our pictures beforehand so we could attend our CH, if we don't go to the CH we'll be greeting people during the party and we really want to enjoy the party, not be greeting people the whole time.

I really want to. I will still make my entrance when the reception starts but I don't want to greet everyone during the reception. I will do that during the CH.

I believe I have a 2 hour gap in between after the church and when the reception starts so I will try to get the pictures out of the way ( I will be taking the pics in the garden of my RH so I will already be on the grounds). If everything works out well I will go to the CH maybe for the first half hour, eat and greet then hide out for a bit then make our entrance and I will do most of my greeting at the CH to get it over with and at the actual reception you can enjoy it

heck yeah!!! I think I like the cocktail hour food better than the reception meal!!! We're getting pictures out of the way before the ceremony so we can gorge ourselves and get a chance to mingle with everyone.
i wont be at my CH besides my BM said he will bring us plenty to eat. i want to have that hour to be with my wedding party alone

We will most likely be missing half of our CH..
Unless I change my mind and want to get married somewhere else. But most likely we'll just be late due to taking pictures.

I will absolutely NOT be attending my CH. I have one of the biggest bridal suites in NY and plan on taking advantage of that and spending time w/ my bridal party. Also I want that HUGE grand entrance.

Yes we are attending. most of our pictures are taken prior to the ceremony. We want to meet and greet everyone there so we can enjoy our reception.

We are putting a gap so we can make it!!!!!!!! Im not shelling out allllll this $$$$$$$ so I can miss out on alll the good food!! Im going to party along with everyone else!! Its my wedding, and I dont care if everyone sees me before my entrance...because any entrance I make will be GRAND!!!!!!!

Yes, we will be attending ours. I want to be able to see everything and talk to my guests. A friend of mine said this was the best thing she could have done. She was able to talk to most of her guests at this time, so that she didn't have to walk from table to table during the reception.
