Who is going/not going to there cocktail hour? I mean I dont want to miss it and I dont want to be in some room away from my family and friends for an hour. I want to see how it will be displayed, I want to mingle, lololol. I want to make sure that everything is in tact. But then I want to make a big grand entrance when the reception starts. I dont know ??????????

I plan on attending.. Maybe i'll take 20 minutes to just hang out in the bridal suite with my BP and husband But i want to get a lot of the introductions and greetings out of the way so i have more time to enjoy the reception

We don't want to miss out CH so I think we are going to try to get the pictures done quickly between the ceremony and CH.
If not, the hall said that we could extend the cocktail hour so that should help.

That's exactly what I think we are going to do. Our bridal suite is amazing though, so we may stay there with our bridal party for the first half and then go or vice versa. We can also get there early (5-5:30) and still drink and eat before our CH at 7:00.

NOPE...we're having the CH come to us in the bridal suite lol. They bring all of the food from the CH to us so we don't miss anythng.

well, at CLM they have you arrive on the yacht for CH....so i am not going to miss out on that! lol...
but, i think since our time between church and CH is so limited....we will arrive on the yacht in the beginning, then...mingle a short while, say some quick hellos....then leave to take more pics

I am glad to see someone thinks like me, I was beginning think everyone thought I was nuts for not going. I mean they bring us every thing the CH gets to the bridal suite, so its not like I'm missing out on the food I paid for.

Ideally, since I'm having the ceremony and reception in one place I'd like to take about 20 minutes after the ceremony (during the CH) to spend with my FH alone. Then go to the CH for about 40 minutes....then make our entrance into the reception.

I have no idea-I think that I'll decide on the day of the wedding! You never know, you just might be exhausted and want to relax before the reception.

My sister got married at Floral Terrace and we stayed upstairs fr the CH. It's beautiful up there!

i will. everyone saw us already at the ceremony so why should i be locked in a little room? we will probably not be there for the entire time only b/c of some photos.
