Yes...FH invited him the day we met with him to book the date with the church since he's known FHs family so long...

I am glad someone asked this, because I was thinking the same thing.
I am having my ceremony at the reception hall, so I was thinking if that was the right thing to do.

Yes, we will. The priest marrying us is a family friend of FH so he'll be invited.

I did-he declined, but he stayed for the cocktail hr (who wouldn't) and then left.
