If money permits I want to go the day before(Friday) the wedding.

That's a great idea. I would love to, but probably won't because of money. But the honeymoon, is another story!

FH and I have decided we are going to go for massages within a couple of days before the wedding together just to spend some time together before the chaos

Some places offer a package for you and your bridal party. If it's not too expensive maybe you can do that. Sounds good to me!
