yea white and ivory (any delicate flower) will bruise and turn as time goes on unless it is cool out and you take care of the bq. All my friends who are florist tell me this - they say sometimes you do get lucky and orchids hold up best.
I didn't pick any ivory or white because i am wearing it - not enough contrast (FOR ME) in photos so I choose bold colors. The BM's are having the ivory mixed with green because it will really contrast with their black dress.

I haven't had my sample done yet but I plan to have some white, pink, and stephanotis. Do you like more color or more white?

mine will be dark purple callas, my girls will have white mini callas and lavender roses. i really want my bouquet to stand out.

I'm thinking a mixture of ivory and pink right now But who knows if my mind will change
either all white callas or mostly white callas w/ a few dark purple ones

Really what did your florist say? I want all white like the first one in my album. Did you check with your florist to see what they said. Im curious now
Yeh, he said that in July, they will turn colors faster than other colors, including ivory. He also said that for color-splashed photos (which I LOVE), there is no opportunity to use your BOK then, which I did not like. Also, he showed me many black and white photos where the BOK blended into the dress and you couldn't see the detail on it. The BOK is important to me for all these reasons, so I decided to add a light touch of color.
