Win 100 Custom Menus for your Reception From Pippy's Sweets!

Win 100 custom designed menus for your wedding reception from Pippy's Sweets! Pippy's Sweets specializes in custom invitations, stationery, accessories, & favors for all your special events. She has provided favors for 3 Wedding of the Year events and last year did the custom invitations. Everything is always fabulous and exceeds our expectations!

All you have to do to enter this contest is reply to this official contest post with what your entree choices are and what you are serving for dessert!

Winner will be selected at random. Contest ends at midnight on November 12th and the winner will be announced on November 15th. Only one entry per user name. Prize is for 100 menus, up to $125.00 value.

Ok. I have not narrowed it down yet, but we are going to have a beef, chicken, pork and vegetarian dish. For dessert, we are having trays of pastries and cookies, as well as, our wedding cake. We may add in an ice cream bar or fondue as well.

A few entree choices:

Slow Baked Chilean Sea Bass w/ Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, oven roasted Carrots, basil oil and tomato concasse

Roasted Tenderloin of Pork with Sweet Potato, banana & apple Puree, fried plantains, grilled asparagus & green peppercorn sauce,

Dessert:

Wedding Cake and Desert Cafe

Variety of Assorted Sliced Cakes, House Baked Cookies, Petit Fours, French & Italian Pastries, cupcakes & fruit display

We haven't picke our entrees yet but there will be a beef, chicken, vegetarian and fish dish served
And my favorite for dessert we are havin VH woo hoo

We have 4 Entree Choices

Sliced Chateau Briand- sliced Fillet Mignon with classic Mushroom and white wine sauce

Chicken Franchese- Boneless breast of Chicken lightly battered and sauteed with Lemon, Butter, and wine sauce

Chilean Seabass Oregenata- Chilean Seabass broiled in white wine, garlic, butter, and oil topped with seasoned bread crumbs

Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp- Butterflied jumbo shrimp stuffed with bay scallops, crab meat, and seasoned bread crumbs, served with a lemon butter sauce

Desert:
Wedding Cake, a touch of Viennese mini pastries, and cookies on each table

international coffee bar w. espresso and fine cordials.

I would so LOVE to win this!!!!

This is our Idea so far, we still not 100% sure of it.

Dinner Selections:

Appetizers:
Fresh Fruit Medley & Ceasar Salad

Entree:
Aged Prime Sirloin Steak, Chicken Franchaise, Grilled Swordfish Steak, Seared Filet of Norwegian Salmon.

Entree Includes:
Red Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
Fresh Baked Breads

(Vegetarian menu could be provided)

Dessert:

My 3-4tier Lovely Cake =)
(Still deciding if we get:) Mini Viennese Table, Cookies or Ice Cream Sundae.

Scallops for 1st appetizer, salad with dried cherries and gorgonzola.

Roasted Chicken, Chilean Sea Bass, NY Strip Steak with roasted potatoes and asparagus!

Wedding cake and chocolate dipped strawberry and cookies for dessert!

Here's mine - hoping all will be yummy!

Salad prior to all this

Beef – three choices:
-Prime center cut fileg mignon served with gourmet button mushroom demi-glaze
-Certified angus rib-eye – prime ribs of beef roasted w/ garden vegetables

Poultry
-Chicken Verdi – bonesless breast of chicken baked in a sherry win sauce topped with fresh asparagus spears and melted mozzarella cheese
-Chicken Rollatini Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with Parma Prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, baked in a roasted demi-glaze sauce
-Chicken Carciofi Boneless breast of chicken with braised baby artichoke hearts topped with a traditional wild mushroom sauce

Fish
- Wild Norwegian salmon
- black sea bass
- Australian tilapia

Each one can either be oreganata, herb crusted, baked or grilled

Vegetarian
- Eggplant Rollatini - Sautéed baby eggplant slices rolled and stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella cheese, and imported Parmesan baked in a fresh basil tomato sauce accompanied with fresh pasta

Dessert:
- Cake and more stuff but that's still TBD

Is it bad that I don't know the entrees at my wedding

BUT I DO KNOW THAT MY DESSERT IS SERENDIPITY

Nothing's finalized yet, but we will most likely have:

Grilled filet mignon, parmesan-crusted Chilean sea bass, and some type of chicken... maybe either chicken roulade or chicken sorrentino.

Dessert is wedding cake and chocolate mouton lava cake!

Oh boy, let's see if I can remember them all!!

Fielt Mignon, Roasted chicken wrapped in phyllo dough stuffed w/ spinach and cheese, Stuffed Veal Chop, Sea Bass, Vegetable purse.

Dessert is banana splits, wedding cake, assorted pastries and cookies and a chocolate fountain.

Would love to receive these! :
