Has anyone done or will do Wine Bottles with your own labels as a favor? And if you have/had what size bottles are you using and where do you purchase the wine in bulk? And if you don't mind how much did you pay$$$? I am going back and forth with this one...>STILL! TIA

Re: Wine Bottle Favors?
I am doing wine favors but not personalized labels... I bough favor tags and I'm going to tie them arounf the neck of the bottle and hold them in place with a dot of hot glue or something. I'm getting the wine from Martha Clara's. My sister works there so I'm going to be able to get 50% off. I think we're going to do half '5-0 White' and half '5-0 Red'.

I'm going to get Trader Joe's wine probably. It's $2.99 a bottle!!!
I'm going to get it personalized. You can get cheap labels online (ebay).

Hi, I am doing wine bottles with personalized bottles. I found a place in manhttan that had the small wine bottles ( i forgot how many ounces). since I bought them by the box I payed $150 for 100. I bought a couple of different bottles to try and pick the one I wanted. I then bought the labels separately online for $30. If you want more info, FM me.

This is what we're doing. Bought the personalized labels really inexpensive... like $17.50 / 50 labels incl. tax and shipping.

Re: Wine Bottle Favors?
we are doing mini liquor bottles with personalized favors. we got a great deal on cases through cabrini wines in NYC - free delivery too!
We did wine from Trader Joe's for our engagement party and everyone loved it. My DH made the bottle labels - it wasn't as hard as you would think. The most annoying part was peeling the original labels off the bottles. Here's a bad picture of one of the bottles. We did merlot and chardonnay.
