Cuttie, did you try a search on this board? I think Sonicstef had posted a site about wine charms because I remember going to the site but I can't recall what it is..sorry, try the search though.

I have seen them in a lot of places. They are at BBB, Fortunoff (where I've seen recently)

If you have the time to make them yourself, go to www.beadland.com. They have a large catalog of charms, as well as the the rings and the tools. I had someone make them for me through beadland and she charged me $3 each, regardless of which charm I chose (some are $0.85, other are $2.50) and that included any kind of beads I wanted to accent the charm, and I had them in under a week.

Re: Wine Charms...
I made 200 charms. I got everything from Michaels..but I only did them with beads, no charms (to $$) We had already bought favors and I decided it would be fun to add them on to the favor box.I think everything cost me $50 and I had a lot of beads left over!

Re: Wine Charms...
I was in Target last night and found a whole shelf full of different wine charms. They are all so cute, a lot in hearts and love theme, being that Valentine's day is almost here. They come in packs of 7 for ~ 2.50/ set. It's worth checking out
