Wine favors - please post...

I know this has been done before but please post wine favors. Especially if you had tags printed up and attached to the bottle (rather than labels). I know a few girls had them printed on VistaPrint. Would love to see these!! TIA!

I want to punch a hole in it and tie it around the neck of the bottle. If it doesnt look good I am thinking about getting organza bags to put the bottles in and attach the tag to the pull string.

Celia- did you get mini bottles or reg size? Trying to figure out what size organza bag to get for mini - guess I could measure it but I'm feeling super lazy and unmotivated
