Wine Glass Gift Basket for Bridal Shower

My FSIL's shower is coming up and my mom purchased her set of fine wine glasses and I purchased her set of fine beverage glasses. We want to make two separate baskets for her shower. We don't want to put the entire set, maybe just 2 for each basket but I'm not sure what I need to get in order to keep them from tipping over. Have you ladies done this for a shower gift or have received a gift basket with wine glasses? What have you used?

Also, my mom also purchased her everyday plate sets and she wants to make a basket with just one setting to showcase. Would I need the same items to make this basket for her?

You can use tissue paper or shredded raffia from michaels. Think like Easter basket grass. I would imagine floral foam under a pretty cloth napkin would also hold the breakables in place.
