i was just talking to my mom about wine, and she said there was a law about no wine being shipped to ny? i told her it couldnt be true because i know ppl who get deliveries, but does anyone know where this is coming from?
thats not true ive ordered wine from websites before and ive gotten it

Ummmm I get wine shipped to me all of the time... from California and Upstate NY... we just have to be home to sign for it. (Anyone over 21 actually)

You have to have a license to ship the wine. I have 2 out of state BM's and their 'will you be my BM' gift was a bottle of wine and i have to ship it on the DL.
But companies - who have the proper license can ship to NY.

We belonged to the wine of the month club, all you need is someone to sign for it who is over 21. My UPS driver got so used to coming to my house the i.d.'ing obviously stopped, lol.
your in the clear with ordering wine!
