wine/cranberry/red family

Any September brides out there that are using any of these colors for their bridemaids?!?...

I keep going back and fourth since it's early September it seems it can go either way..

the other color is victorian....I'm so undecided...and we go next month to pick them out.. help!

is victorian a purple type color? I'm biased..purple is my fave...but red makes for some great pics and the contrast against your white dress really jumps....you could go either way...Spet is a funky month, it can be fall-like or it can still be like summer

I like victorian, but I haven't seen it in person.
I think its a good compromise for September.

I'm going for the wine/cranberry bm dress colors and i'm getting married on the 4th. I like the bill levikoff euro wine and the euro red. I haven't seen in it person though. Siri has a interesting deep red color too.

One of my friends were just married in Oct & chose wine colored dresses.

They were gorgeous, great color for the season.

bill levkoff eurowine is gorgeous. i am pretty sure that my girls dresses will be that color. the red is very pretty too, but it is too red for what i wanted. i am quite partial to those wine colors.

Thanks for all the feedback girls..I am still 50/50 for a SEPTEMBER color..

but I do agree-nothing looks better then a wine color in pictures...

I was going to have a sept wedding but the place i wanted was booked so it got moved to early October. If it was the first week in Sept or all october...I LOVE WINE!! SO rich and classy looking.

Just to let you know, I am using wine for a June wedding! I dont like light 'springy colors' but i love the Cranberry so in 2 weeks we are ordering them! Go with whatever you want!

We have a bright red, like claret for 10/10. I think it depends on what looks good on the girls too.

I'm having my girls wear cranberry at the end of August. Some people did tell me that I should have a pastel color for the summer but I figured that it is my day and I want cranberry. :)

What flowers were you planning on getting for a cranberry dress? I was thinking roses or gerber daisies!?! What do you think?

I think I will have the girls try on some dresses on in both colors and see what works best for them...since I have two girls with red hair and some reds may not be good for them... thanks for everyone's help!!

I'm getting married 2 days before you and I plan on going with a deep red. I love the color, it's so rich and photographs so beautifully.

Yes, I actually just decided to go with an apple colored dress for my bridesmaids from David's Bridal. I love it!!!

ok..done!..I have decided on going with Bill Levkoff in Euro Wine...so classy...

we are going next month to have the girls pick a dress out..right now we like style #359 and #510

thanks girls as usual..

now off to change my flower colors!

I am using euro wine or euro red for my august wedding. I am soooo not into pastel colors for my girls. I want something that will stand out and I love both of these colors. I just have to decide which one. I hate when people say, oh isn't that a winter color? I must note that these are often the same people who cannot keep their darn opinion to themselevs at all !!!

Yes, September Bride Here. Great Colors I picked a B2 gown which comes in a berry color looks like a cranberry or wine. O.K. Picture this red family colored gowns, your white dress, your white & red flowers. The floral colors are easier to choose, linens no prob. And It just looks awesome. Try to find a photo of that color scheme in one of the magazines. It makes for awesome photo's.
