We are doing the wineries also for my sister and rented a limobus for 9 hours.... the wineries are open from 11 - 6.

Mini busses are great!!!! remember to include travel time. Depending on where your comming from and how long you want to stay out there

We haven't picked which ones we are going to yet. I have to call and find out if there are any events going on at the time. When are you planning on going?
