Wingate in brentwood!
OMG my throat hurts i just screamed so loud!!! It has been NOTHING but trouble with this hotel since the begining!! I called today cuz they for the 3rd time have told my guests that there are no rooms avail for them and when i call amazingly there are rooms! I must have secret powers!
So i called to check on rooms avail for my friend checking in this weekend and had them check on ours and they were all kinds of messed up when we booked them over 8 months ago!! So it took 30 min to straighten it out and the guy wasnt very nice. So the BM calls and says that his room is canceled there!?!? I call back and say *** is going on!?!?! the rebooked the room after screaming and yelling but then the guy says to me' YOU better have a talk with your guests cuz they are screwing with us' WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i lost it! I swear, they are going to HEAR it when i get there tomorrow!!!!! UGH i dont need this!
