Winsor Pilates

has anyone tried this? i saw the infomercial a while ago and over the weekend i talked to a friend (with a great stomach!) and she said she had been using that. i'm thinking of buying the videos .. any feedback?

I love it! I've been very lazy lately, but when I was doing it regularly I definitely saw improvement.

sonia, i love pilates!!! i stand behind it 100%!! I use the winsor tapes sometimes (really all tapes are similar, since pilates is a specific system). but I like Mari and they are easy to follow. Pilates for Dummies is good too! haha
