Re: Winter brides...
I WILL wear a very low heeled wide width closed toe shoe. I prefer NOT to wear closed toe because no matter what shoe I wear, my toes get crunched in the front - that is why I am opting for wide width instead of open toe. I am sitting here right now nursing some NASTY blisters from a low heeled slingback shoe. AND I have hammer toes - mmmm pretty. With open toe shoes, my feet have room to expand but it just didnt look right for me to wear open toe.
I think that it is ok to wear opened toe if you are comfy with it but consider that opened toe shoes will show your panty hose and IMO panty hose with open toes looks icky. Unless, of course, you opt for open-toe panty hose. I have worn them and loved them.
I, however, DO need to wear a control top panty hose because I have too many bumps and hills and nooks and crannies in my mid-section and need to smooth it out with a very thin minimizing product. My dress material is silk and shows EVERYTHING.
