Re: winter brides...

I wish I had answers for you. I'm getting married in January and we're going to be taking the bulk of our pictures indoors. Our RH has a photo studio and it's still going to be decorated for Christmas so it will still look really pretty. Weather permitting you should still be able to get some nice pictures outside.

Why can't you take a pic somewhere that you would in the summer, in the winter??

I think a park can still be very pretty in the winter.

I am getting married in December and we are going to take alot of pictures by Shea Stadim since my FH is a huge Met fan, that will work for us.

We took pictures outside the church, my house and at East Wind.

Will you be any where near a town dock or waterfront that may be lit? We went to the Northport Town Dock on our way east to Danfords, and by luck it was decked out in twinkle lights.

This is one of my favorite Dock shots:

i took my pictures at fort totten, however, my wedding day was the warmest ever (72 degrees) for January so if it had been real winter weather I am not sure it would work as well. But its a pretty location at sunset with the bridge in the background.
