Winter wedding attire

Where are all the winter brides??? Where did you ladies find your faux fur capes, shrugs or bolero jackets. Need to find a pretty one but haven't seen any? Can someone give some ideas where I could find a couple???

Me too! I really need a faux fur shrug type piece but don't want to spend a lot of $$$$$ on it!

I saw a faux fur wrap at David's as well as a couple in Tri County. I may go back to Tri County and get one.

i probably completely insane--but i'm not sure i even want a jacket or wrap! when i'm nervous/excited i got HOT. i mean SWEATING hot...even in the dead of winter. i just know i'll feel comfortable in the dead cold--even in a strapless gown in the winther! LOL

i guess i should get it anyway just in case.

My dress came with a simple wrap, I am just planning on using that. It's so heavy, I am very toasty inside of it!

Re: Winter wedding attire

I found one the David's Bridal website and several on Ebay.

I also randomly found a pretty silk one that had a little broach in the middle, but I can't find it again!

I think the fur will be better so the colors don't have to be an exact match!!

When we find good ones, we have to start posting them!!!
I like this one too!

Yes, ladies... please post these as you find them and WHERE you found them. I am wearign a strapless dress in February and I'm the one that wears a sweatshirt in the summer because I am always cold!!! I dont' want to spend a fortune on one and i dont' it to take away from my dress, but i have a feeling i'll need one....

I think Phyllis at Bridal Elegance will rent it to you

my dress has 3/4 sleeves, so I'm not sure I want one.

i can't wear anything with fur or hair- I'll be itchy all day! I don't know what else I can wear...

Re: Winter wedding attire - Fur Wraps, Shrugs, etc

I want to revive this thread! As my wedding is less than a month away (nothing like waiting to the last minute!) I'd like to find one of these little jackets. Anyone else have suggestions?
