Winter Wedding Venue Pricing

Hello all! Looking around for a winter wedding venue (January of 2016) and was wondering if anyone had any quotes for the following...

The Royalton at Roslyn Country Club
Carlyle on the Green
The Inn at New Hyde Park

im getting married on july 4th 2015 at the inn at nhp. they quoted at 120 per person. I believe, but I managed to negotiate the price down to 85per person for a saturday day wedding. again they took a lot of options out of the wedding. Not bad. Place is gorgeous! They told me it didnt matter what time of the year the wedding was.
