wish cards

wish cards

what do you think of including the wish cards on the pews, or handing them to guests just before the ceremony with pens.

I think most people would not sign / or fill out wish cards during the reception, so if I give them out before the ceremony - and put the wish bowl in the back of the church, and at the reception, I may get more filled out.

is that in bad taste?

Thats a pretty cool idea - I like it!

I would be concerned about 2 things though - traffic in the church causing a 'pile-up' in one spot and

I am sure there are plenty of people that go to the reception and not the church???

oooo - good point Heather, thanks.

I will put them out at the reception too.

I think my church is rather large - so there may be less of a chance of a bottleneck, but I may put 2 bowls out JIC -
