Wish me luck...

I just put on my first patch. Any ex smokers have any words of advice or wisdom?

Deb when the urge comes breath like you were smoking, just a couple of times and the deep breathing will make the craving pass.

Good luck!! I know you can do it!

hmmmm, I quit cold turkey, so I am not so good on the advice, but I will tell you to at least hang in there long enough to find the smell gross....and that happens pretty quickly.

If you think about it all the time, it will making quitting a bit harder - so try not to think of each moment.
