It is official. I MAY be a 2 dress bride. I am FREAKING out right now. I found out that my mom will DEFINITELY lose the $400 deposit, so I am planning on telling her that I will re pay her for htat. Can anyone offer me some strength for when I tell my mom tonight that I want her to drive to BOSTON with me on Saturday, to try on a new dress... EEK!
Edited to say- I couldn't wait, so I spoke with my mom over the phone, and seh is not mad at ALL! Saturday day trip to Boston!

It's a bridal shop. They sell all designer samples. I want to cry, just from the picture. This is it:

The dress is beautiful! Why don't you make a nice weekend out of it, and go to boston and try on the dress. Then you can go to the aquarium, and there is a Legal Seafood right there. So yummy! I find that incentives like that are a good way into getting someone to go to Boston with you (I know, I'm from Boston originally).

Thansk! I knew you were a Bostonian, I forgot. I am just so afraid of her reaction. Originally, when we first went dress shopping, we were planning a day trip to Boston to go to this store. But that same day, we put a deposit on my dress. I acted rashly- she kept telling me not to worry about the price, but I did. This new dress is WAY more expensive, but suddenly, I feel like I would be willing to pick up a night job to pay for it. I am so afraid that she will be mad...

Just let her know how important it is to you that you have your dream dress and that you'll pay for the money lost. This is your wedding. You want to be truly happy with the dress that you pick. Im sure htat you mom wants that for you as well.

I WENT THROUGH THIS WITH MY DRESS..BUT A FEW PEOPLE IN HERE HELPED ME GET THROUGH IT (BLUESASHBRIDE! HUGS!)
MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY YOUR ORIGINAL ONE ON AGAIN JUST TO MAKE SURE...?
I DONT KNOW, BUT FROM THE FIRST PICTURE YOU GAVE US OF YOUR FITTING, YOU LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE THE FIGURE THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT IN ANYTHING..BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING ELSE- AND SPEND ALL THIS MONEY - CONSIDER TRYING YOUR DRESS ON AGAIN TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT LIKE IT...

Also, I guess it would be best if you could try the dress on here before going to Boston. I mean every material lays differently, and it's hard to tell if you'll like a dress just from the picture.

Thanks! I don't think I ever loved it. From the first day I ordered it, I couldn't stop thinking about what I could change about it. This new dress, I can't get over it.

I know- I WISH. But it is an old season Vera Wang, I can't find it anywhere. PLUS they only have 1 in Boston, so I need to buy it ASAP if I want it. Urgh.
