We have been looking for a co-op for a few weeks we finally found one and made an offer and after a few phone calls back and fourth we finnally came to an agreement on price. Then we finally came to an agreement on the contract. FH is a lawyer and was picky with this.
Well we signed the contract and he sent them over today by messenger with our deposit. We will get the board package and the mortgage application tomorrow so we can fill that out. I am sooo nervous. Please wish me luck that the co-op board approves us!!!!!
