one of my friends just did this at her wedding... she had it instead of a guestbook right on the placecard table... it seemed like people did write stuff, but i know i didn't, because i was running late and just kind of wrote something quickly.... she had them in the bowl on her mantle now...

I did it, I didn't get too many responses, but the ones I got were Great and I'm so glad I did it for that reason

We had a wish bowl, it was on the table with our card box and memorial candle.
I didn't want to have a guest book with empty pages at the end so I figured this was better. Whatever anybody wrote I stuck in our album of pics from the disposable cameras, I put their 'wish' next to a pic of them.
