Wishing Well at Shower - Question

Going to a shower for a friend next weekend and on the invitation it says there will be a wishing well.

So I know that you usually get a small item or joke gift for the WW. I found a cool thing at crate and barrel, its like a metal bar of soap that you rub your hands with to take away garlic/onion/fish smells.

Question is - I assume this will be put in some sort of 'well' at the shower. My card will go with my main gift. Am I supposed to designate that the WW gift is from me? If so, how? Or is it supposed to be anonymous?

You can do either....You can put a little card on it or just leave it anonymous...I usually put a little card with my wishing well gift....HTH!!!

I've always brought practical things like sponges, dryer sheets, and other chochskis...stuff they wouldn't normally register for. Yes, there will be a well and you can wrap it and put your name on it so she knows, but otherwise I just put it in the well without anything on it.
