I know I am crazy but I was thinking about doing it all during the planning and just never did and now I really want it. Basically, it is a table set up with champagne and then TONS of stuff to put in it (ie: OJ, peach puree, strawberries, sugar cubes, mint, etc...) There are different kinds of liquors and bitters -- it's crazy but lots of fun!!
Do you think it will be fun or not? Do you think people will know what to do? We are going to make a sign with a few of the more popular combos

That sounds soooooo fun! I would definitely do it...it will be a personal touch of yours. Not everyone else does it you know.

sounds cool to me! i'd definitely play around with it. is pomagranet something you can throw in the champagne? if so tell people to do it, b/c it's super yummy lol

Kerri -- this is why I think we are meant to be friends!! Not only do I have pom juice but also pom seeds since they float in the champagne!!

If you think about it, if you already have the champagne, it's just juice and stuff so it's not very expensive
