I wouldn't know what Hand canceling is, I wouldn't have ever even THOUGHt about sending STD's, there would be no slipper basket at my wedding, I would have no where to vent all my problems (petty or not), I would have paid A LOT more for a FG dress, I would be flipping out of small things (like a blusher), and I would have missed out on the chance to chat with so many wonderful women...

ETA: I would not have a LIW tee shirt!!!

...I would have never found my photographer, never thought of getting a personalized aisle runner, never had heard of getting a steel drum player for cocktail hour, never realized that it was okay to not throw the garter at my wedding, never realized how handsome Ron was in a speedo, and never imagined that so many strangers would be so supportive when dealing with my mother's illness!!

Here is a picture of my invitation sent to Janna with a hand cancelled stamp. I chose to do this because my invites were costly and I did not want them run through a machine that could have destroyed them and the calligraphy. Not to mention, I prefer not to have a 'Happy Holidays' with a snowman on my wedding invitations.

I would have no personal touches at my wedding - votive place cards, DIY menus and programs, and most of all...no sounding board to plan all of this suff with!

i can't ever sleep at night cause of this website...if you notice some of my sposts are at 3-4 am....i wake up with a stiff neck and my fingers and hands kill...but i love LIW

Wow.... I had no idea where to begin planning a wedding, so I must thank the girls and guys of LIW for posting such great information. I truly would be lost without reading your posts.

I would never have heard of my dj, photographer, or videographer without LIW. I would never have thought of programs, monograms, feather centerpieces, or a candy buffet. There are so many things..........

Without LIW, I would not have met so many wonderful ladies to share planning, venting, stressing, excitment, wonder and amazment with.

I also would not have most of my vendors.
