with this new layout
it never shows when I have new FM??? Usually, a box would appear that says you have FM....
Am I the only one this is happening to??

It is a different thing now....
Like a blue box comes out to the top By where it says 'Vendors/chat/planning' around there i usually get a blue box with a 'envelope' and LIW logo.

a blue envelope box xomes out and slides from left to ride at the top of the page
