witha week until my RSVP deadline

I am still missing 70 responses!!!! Not 70 cards but 70 people! This is crazyyyy!! They were pouring in at first I thought we'd have them in with no problems and now I'm lucky if I get one card every other day. Boy was I wrong

grrrrrrrr....... people suckkkk

People are really ridiculous. The RSVP date for my shower was three weeks ago and three people STILL haven't responded.

that happened to me too... my date passed and i was still missing 70 people!!! i dont understand people... with the exception of a few extenuating circumstances, people should know right away of they are coming or not so just send it in!! try not to worry too much about it... you're going to have to start with the calls and emails soon but hopefully you get a lot more before your rsvp date!!

It happened to me also and now my RSVP date was on Thursday and I am still missing 40 people from FH's side and 2 from my side.
Then I got an RSVP on Saturday FMIL invited one of her nieces with a child. Apparently she said her daughter is very excited about it and its all she talks about. So without asking FMIL invited the child. Granted they are out of state but I am a little upset i wanted my nieces (FG's) to be the ONLY children at my wedding. I also feel bad for the 5 year old child that is going to be at a wedding where we aren't even getting into the reception room until 8:30. I just didn't want issue with my family and bringing children to the wedding.
