Has anyone been there/ used this venue at night and not had uplighting? I know everyone uses it lately but I really want to use a different DJ that doesn't have all the package deals. The price is also GREAT. I'm wondering if I'll really miss the lighting and should look for an outside company that does it, or if it looks pretty enough in that room with just the lighting they provide. I thought about calling them and seeing if they pictures I can see again. Thanks!

Yes - I was at a wedding there without uplighting at night and it was fine. They kept the lights on the wall on all night to brighten it up a bit. However, since I am a WM bride too I think I may want the uplighting! LOL

I'm at Westbury too and I'm doing lighting I personally feel it's prettier with it but if you go to youtube you will find pictures/video of the manor and garden rooms with and without lighting to help you decide.

Oh thanks! It definitely is very pretty. Maybe I can just get quotes from a company that just does lighting... I forgot about youtube!
