WM menu/linen selection

I went to do my final linen/menu selection at Westbury Manor. I left with a bad taste. I love the hall and service in the past has been the best. But the person whom does the linen and menu selection that was a whole different story. I felt like she was of no use to me and she was rushing. To top it off she had the nerves to look at keep looking at her phone. My wedding planner suggested that we write a letter to the hall complaining. I am paying enough for the hall to have been given better treatment. I am surprised, I've always had the best experience with WM. Has anyone else had this experience?

I looked at Westbury Manor and was put off by one of the banquet managers.....

I didn't book there but I wanted to post and tell you not to worry! one b itch does not a bad RH make...

But I would definitely write a letter to complain, that was uncalled for!

I agree.....one person in a bad mood and in a rush is NOT going to ruin your day! You are still going to have am amazing wedding!!!!
I would definitely make it know to them what happened and that you were not haopy about it.
