our house looks like a basketball court.. sooo smoooth and soooo shiney the floor looks wet.
i feel like if i step on it the wrong way i can peel a layer off.. u know like the wax on the bologna lmaoo
so uhmm..any pointers on how to keep the floor pretty?

get the pad things for under the legs of couches, chairs, tables etc. They prevent scuffing.
you can also get the felt stick on pads. they go on the bottom of anything that touches the wood floor.
I was just gonna suggest this. Our floors look like the onse in your pic and the lil pads help keep the floor nice. We didnt put the pad on our diningroom chairs and it destroyed the floors there. Def gget them!!!
