the condo me and FH are going into contract with has squeaky wood floors, the building is only 10 years old. Should we put new ones down, how much will that cost about? the condo is about 1200 sq. feet.

try an sprinkle baby powder over the are where its squeaking. the baby power will fall underneath the floor and stop the squeaks. If you have a really bad sqeak, try and nailing or screwing dowm some boards!
