Woodbury CC Brides...CAKE?
SInce Woodbury CC won't make fondant cakes, what will your cake look like? All of the cakes I fall in love with are made with fondant :(

That is so strange... I just posted that on the WCC thread this morning.
You can have whipped cream or buttercream cakes. Alot of the fondant cakes can be made with buttercream, they just wont be as smooth.
This is mine, the flowers are sugar paste.

Re: Woodbury CC Brides...CAKE?
I am also getting married at the Woodbury CC. I also bake a lot of cake when I had free time (pre wedding planning) and Ihave used the fondant and many people do not like the taste of it. They actually sell it at Michaels if you want to try it out. Anyway you are better off with buttercream and they can make it just as flat as fondant and it will taste better.
