Woodlands

My FH and I went to see The Woodlands today and loved it! We're looking at a winter wedding in 2012. I'm posting on the 2011 boards because I was curious if you ladies were able to get them down on pricing or maybe get extras thrown in. I'm not sure if we were doing it wrong but they seemed so firm on everything! And everyone I speak to makes these things seem negotiable.

So what are we doing wrong? And would anyone be willing to FM me quotes they received?

Who did you meet with? The person I met with was moved to one of their other locations, but he was flexible to some point. Slightly dropped the minimum and the rate pp. Sometimes RH would rather throw something in than lower the cost. I'm getting married on a Saturday night in the summer, so I'm not sure what their winter rates are.
