I don't know if you heard and I cannot believe it, but Margaret left! This is the 2nd BM I have worked with there (the first one, Maureen, left as well), and its only 51 days til my wedding! I am so freaking out! FH said once again, theres nothing to worry about. I have my tasting on saturday, so I'll let you know how it goes!

I just booked there for next June and am working with Eirika. She is wonderful - try not to worry about it. People leave jobs all the time for all sorts of reasons - don't let it concern you - all the important things are still in place - the fact that you'll be in a beautiful location with excellent food and a wonderful day with everyone you care about. Someone will take care of it all - I agree that they have a reputation to uphold so they won't want you to be nervous. Good luck.

I'm also working with Eirika. She has been nothing but helpful so far! She alsways answers my ?s ASAP and has given me great advice on our vendors.

I wouldn't worry about it. The Woodlands is on it's game. I hear wonderful things about Erika. My BM is Betsy and sh'e been such a pleasure to work with.

I totally know how you feel I was with margaret as well and my wedding is june 28th they switched me over to erikia and she seems to be o.k I have a suprise grooms cake and when we were going over our wedding details she opened to the grooms cake and read it out loud to my fh and I he was a great sport about it but it was really obvious. She was really apologetic about it but it was upsetting for me.

ugh, that *****!!!! I'm glad your FH was a good sport, but I feel for you, it would have been such a nice surprise.

i worked with Margaret, but i actually had some problems with her at times and Betsey was really helpful...i wouldn't worry about it too much, everything will turn out perfect for you the Woodlands is always on top of everything

Wow! I actually had a number of issues with Margaret's responsiveness so I can't say that I'm too upset. But, I haven't heard from anyone at the woodlands. We went for a tasting two weeks ago and she was supposed to send a draft seating chart...guess now I know why I never got it. The tasting was great and my mom's met a bunch of the BMs there when dropping off payments and she seems to like everyone more than Margaret, so maybe it will turn out ok in the end. I'm sure you'll have a great day

I would not worry about the Woodlands I attended a Wedding there a few weeks ago and everything was PERFECT service was great. It is unfortunate but sometimes people leave there jobs for who knows what sorry you are stressed
