I think time of year would make a difference - for us, we're getting married in June and we're going with the tomato/mozzerrella tower to start...then for entrees, definitely the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast, Filet Mignon and I'm not sure yet on the seafood...

we're going to set our menu today. the chilean sea bass was one of the most delicious things i ever ate! our tasting was definitely one of the best meals of my life.
