hello! Noone even bothered to tell anyone? They could have at least called! Very unproffesional. I kept calling and she wasen't calling me back.

Just FM'd the info. It's funny b/c when I was there in May with FH I told her I hired a DOC and she told me that I was crazy and that it wasn't needed that between her , Max & Nicole everything would be under control. Good thing I didn't listen to her!

i still haven't been contacted by anyone since margaret left. i think it's pretty bad that no one called me to let me know who i'd be working with now.

I'm bummed. I really liked Betsy. I've never had a problem with her service and and she seemed happy there.

I would call there and I ask. I assume all of Betsy's clients went to Denise (that is what I was told when I called today) since you worked with someone else, it may be different. It may be Raquel.

Are you joking me! We just booked there and in May I spoke with her about the change in BM's. She assured me that changes would not be happening anytime soon. All I can say is thank goodness we put everything in the contract. My fiance said to her he wanted everything in writing in case she left by the time we had our wedding there would be no problems. Thank goodness!! It really is scary how fast the turn over is there.

That is so weird. I have to say that when I picked this place - there seemed to be a lot of past brides who had similar things happening in terms of their contact person leaving and yet all of them seemed very happy with the final outcome. Still - makes you wonder what is going on with the people in charge? I am working with Erika and she seemed really nice - our wedding's a year away though so I haven't really had to do anything. I'm sorry you are going through this. :(

erica's still there.. i saw her recently...the only thing i can think of is that they are always working...they have crazy hours...maybe that's why they all leave?! I wouldn't worry about the actual day, though...the place is so beautiful, it'll turn out fine no matter what!

i contacted them yesterday to confirm they recieved my latest payment. that's when they told me that i would be working with eirika now. she seems nice and i have everything in the contract, so i'm sure everything will be fine. i just wish they would have been a little more forthcoming when the change was made.

I didn't book with The Woodlands. Although it looks BEAUTIFUL, the customer service is horrific! I called them a few times asking to speak with someone so I can schedule an appt to see the area, but I never got a phone call back. They kept transferring me to different operators and I kept repeating myself that I've never been there and that I would love to see the space.. again, IGNORED! they really have to work on their customer service!

i never had an issue like that...i was able to make my appts with ease. i just wish someone would have called me to tell me there would be a new bm. i don't even really care that the bm has changed, i just wish i was notified.

I've never had an issue like that either. Although it's been hard to get in to show family the space b/c they always have something going on. In a way I like that. They respect their guests privacy.

Hi ladies,

I haven't booked the Woodlands yet but was working with Betsy as well. The hours there seem crazy and she does have a young son so I am sure it had to do with that and not anything else.

Also, I met with Eirika this past Saturday and saw her last night as well because we had dinner in the Mansion restaurant to try out the food which was fabulous!!

Eirika is really on point and was super sweet both times my family met with her in the past few days!
