When we booked, Betsey was training erica, and erica was such a sweetheart...i hope that's who i'm working with now!! But, in all seriousness, it won't matter, everything is written down to a T...it'll be great! no worries :)

Oh, and just so you all know...i went there the other day, and the whole outside was being repainted AND they replaced the carpet...I WAS SO HAPPY! I mean, it looked great already, but touch ups never hurt!!!!

Holy cow! I remember a post about a year ago that they changed the coordinator and never told anyone. I can't remember who the bride was but she had to run around and try to make sure everything she was promised was fulfilled! I met with Betsy like 4 times-- now my wedding is in a little over 3 months and they don't even tell us? What do you think they could not give us that was Betsy promised us?

They also re-upolltered (sp?) the chairs!

My sister just got married there last weekend and had Denise (she initially had Margaret but she recently left too). Denise seemed perfectly fine. However-my sister's day of bridal 'assistant' was Nicole-and she was AWESOME!!!!!!! Definitely request her!

I was just going to ask about the chairs! I went to the Mother's Day brunch there which was excellent, but you couldn't help but notice that the chairs were due for a touch up. I was even looking into chair covers - money saved!
