WOODLANDS WEDDING 7/16/10 -LINK TO PICS
Okay- I don't have time for my full post- so here is an abridged version (need to pack for honeymoon). The wedding was AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING. Sam was our bridal attendant and she was out of control awesome. Steve and Tommy made sure everything went swimmingly also! Every single thing was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. The rooms looked more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Ferlise was our photographer and he was AWESOME (Joe and Cliff!!!!!) A+++++++++++++

Our band- OMG our band was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO great. (Michael Hart Band from Hank Lane- same as Bethenny Frankel from BGM- but we had 2 more pieces) They were perfect perfect perfect perfect. They had told me not to be mad if they didn't get to everything out our play list other than the MUST MUST MUSTS and I swear they did. The dance floor was packed all night and people can not stop talking about how awesome they were. I CAN'T say enough good things about them. Our wedding song was LOVE OF A LIFETIME by Firehouse and it was AWESOME even the older folks at the wedding were asking what it was because they loved it. A++++++++++++++++++++++++
Our bridesmaids dresses were from BRIDAL REFLECTIONS in Westbury and Gianna helped us. She was awesome- they were awesome. Watters and Watters. A+++++++++
My dress was Pronovias from Manhasset's Bridal Salon. I was obsessed with it. They had to bring it in 3 inches after my first fitting because I lost 12 pounds due to hot yoga. Seamstress was AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE and they were amazing there!! (www.hotyogamassapequa.com A+++)
Florist- FLOWERS BY BRIAN. OH Man- was I obsessed with the flowers. I mean hot pink roses EVERYWHERE. They were AWESOME. Joseph was awesome. I know I am overdosing on the word awesome- but I mean I can't even express how PERFECT everything was!!!! I went in the day before to look at my bouquets and mine was a little gigantic- but they fixed immediately and A+++++++
Fantasy Photobooth- WHAT A HIT!!! SOOOO great! And I got a disc with not just all the strip pictures but each individual square as a picture. I have them on my facebook but can try to get them to a snap fish link or something. Everyone loved it- I loved it!!!

Limo and Limo Bus- I am not sure of the name of the company we used bc a family member hooked us up but the escalade was awesome and the shuttle back to the hotel was great! A++
Huntington Hilton- They day time desk crew was amazing and cheerful! The nighttime crew not so much!! The hotel room and deborah woodley and victoria troiano were great to work with!!! I stayed in suite with bridesmaids the night before. The bar staff left much to be desired- I am sure they are over weddings- but then don't work in a hotel bar. They put champagne and strawberries in our room- but we were too pooped for them. And they threw in free breakfast. My dad did a brunch in the am with vouchers- it worked out perfect. Although the waffles were GROSS. Grade: A
Church: St. Dominic's Oyster Bay- Beautiful! But we just wanted to say I DO instead of repeating vows and they switched it up last minute. Everything else- organist, singer, father gordon, A+
Hair: A++++++++++++++++++ PAUL AND CREW FROM ABRAXAS IN HUNTINGTON. WHOOP It up for the speed and awesomeness of him and his crew!!!! Amazing
Makeup: Mrs. Mulvihill - awesome job- put up with me and the difficultness of my eyes!! Everyone looked great!!
Rings: Marinella Jewelers LOVE LOVE LOVE My rings!! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Our woodlands cake was AMAZING. - for something I didn't really care about- I WAS OBSESSED. I bought the ribbon. LOVE LOVE LOVED the way it looked. WE had marble cake, cannoli with choc chip filling and buttercream outside. It was awesome. We had the fruit tarts instead of the combo plate. They were also amazing.
All of the food was AMAZING. People could not stop talking about the great food. We had duck, seabass, and filet and they were all great great great- people could not stop raving. Cocktail hour looked better than you could have ever thought that room could look!!!! It looked huge and elegant! And the stations were amazing. The bridal suite was also fantastic. LOVED THE SPICY CALAMARI!!!!!!!! Nothing got more props than the mashed potato bar- it was OUT OF CONTROL. We never got to see our passed drinks and that was an issue my dad was annoyed at- but NO BIG DEAL. For their being a snafu with our first tasting the woodlands exceeded all of our expectations. It was gorgeous, elegant, and seriously the best time ever.
Remember when I said i didn't have time for a long review? Haaa. If anyone has any questions- go for it. I love to talk about this WEDDING. Off to Aruba tomorrow!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT.
