Word- Please Help!

I have my menu template ready to go however there are two designs on it, one is like a crest (between our names) and one is like a swirl, underneath. I am trying to figure out how to change the color of the designs. I changed the color of the text no problem.. like a regular word doc but when i select the designs and click on format, font , color charge it doesnt change color!

I used this template from someone else so I dont even know where the designs are from.

If anyone has any ideas please help! I really like the template but i need to get the design color to match my text color!!

is it in MS word?

If you e-mail it to me I can look at it. It shoudl not be a problem.
