Wording.....................

We are having an extended coctail hour for our reception how should I word the Reception card??

1.
Please join us for a cocktail reception
Seven O' Clock in the evening

or

2.
Please join us for cocktails and dancing
Seven O' Clock in the evening
Capellaro's Grove
42 Vail Road
Bethel, CT 06801

Yea, #1 makes it clear that it's a cocktail reception. The second one makes it sound like you're having a cocktail hour and then formal reception with dancing afterwards.
