Wording on R.S.V.P cards

Hey everyone, Im doing my own response cards, but I seem to have a hard time find the right wording for them.

We dont pay for children under 4 so I want to include that on the card. Its hard to tell who is bringing there children and who isnt.

If anyone has appropriate wording on children under 4 attending, that would help.
