Wording question

We are having an afterparty at a hotel

So we are having an afternoon wedding...there is a wedding after ours SOOO...we have arranged for shuttles to bring guests to RH from hotel (leave their cars at hotel) then shuttles after RH. Now, being that guests CANNOT leave their cars at RH overnight (due to night wedding) how do I word it on the accommodations card in the invite to be sure noone leaves their car at RH and takes shuttle to hotel????

Does that even make sense??

Maybe on the hotel information card you could say something to the effect:

There will be a complimentary shuttle for all wedding guests to and from the wedding celebration. Shuttles will run from XYZ hotel at xxx time and xxx time and return guests immediately following the reception.

Ohh I like that...do you think I should add:

As requested, please do not leave any cars at Giorgio's after reception due to a wedding celebration immediately following. Thank you!

Doesn't sound right!

Wow...I just clicked on the topic to see it was mine from months ago! Ha ha. I ended up making a 'disclaimer' of sorts on the bottom of the accommodations insert. Hopefully it works out! Too late now invites are almost done! Just waiting on the envelopes to come back!
